Thank you for supporting our farm. We hope you have been enjoying your beef.

We are currently taking orders for quarters and halves for the summer/fall of 2024. Our price for 2024 is: $5.45 per pound which includes cut and wrap fees. This price includes all fees and costs except for offal/organ meats.  If you ask for heart, liver, tongue, or oxtail that there is an additional cut and wrap fee. 

Please note that this year people who order Quarters will be charged an additional $25. The difference in price is needed because cut and wrap fees for quarters are higher than for halves. We encourage you to find a friend that would like to split a half so you save that additional $25.

Most farms ask the customer to pay per pound for their meat with additional charges of $50-$200 for the harvest/haul fee and customers pay an additional $1.00-1.25 per pound to have their meat cut and wrapped. Our price includes all of these fees.

A quarter of beef is typically approximately 150 pounds hanging weight. Customers can determine their own cut and wrap instructions but most people choose to get a mixture of steaks, roasts, hamburger, and stew meat.

We always have hamburger available by the pound. We are charging $9.00 per pound for hamburger purchased at the farm. You can purchase individual cuts from Spuds Produce Market on Capitol Blvd in Olympia and Old Hwy 99 across from the Olympia Airport, but customers who purchase directly from us receive a discount.

*Please note, this is the deposit for the order only, the remainder will be due when the order is delivered and/or picked up. This deposit is non-refundable. Shipping is not available. You must pick up at the processor or arrange for delivery.

Once we have your order, we will schedule the harvest. We will let you know the weight and get your cutting and wrapping preferences. The total invoice amount must be paid in full prior to picking up your order from the processor. We kindly request timely payment once we know the hanging weight to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup process.
