We are currently taking orders for quarters and halves for the summer/fall of 2023. Our prices for 2023 are: Quarter: $5.45 per pound (includes cut and wrap fees) Half:  $5.35 per pound (includes cut and wrap fees)

A quarter of beef is typically approximately 150 pounds hanging weight. Customers can determine their own cut and wrap instructions but most people choose to get a mixture of steaks, roasts, hamburger, and stew meat.

We always have hamburger available by the pound. We are charging $8.00 per pound for hamburger. You can purchase individual cuts from Spuds Produce Market on Capitol Blvd and Old Hwy 99, but customers who purchase directly from us receive a discount.
